Production & Shipping Policy

(How we do what we do)

Your credit card will be charged on submitting the order, which will be forwarded to the manufacturing team at the Print Bar in Queensland who produce all the items available on this website.

In terms of tracking, you will receive tracking information via AusPost shortly after submitting your order. Orders typically take 5-7 working days to arrive and your tracking link will let you know when your order is on its way.

The Print Bar currently runs Kornit Storm Hexa printers. They create vibrant, retail-quality, soft-to-touch DTG prints using water-based NeoPigment™ inks, which are non-hazardous, non-toxic and biodegradable. They have purpose-built processes to ensure each customer journey is smooth from order to fulfillment.

Quality control

Each product, artwork, and print will be checked multiple times. This takes place throughout the entire process, from selection, to printing, packaging, and shipping.

Packaging control

Each order is shipped in a plant-based, home-compostable satchel.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@republicsofsydney.com.au

Cancellations & Refunds:

When you order products through this site, they are automatically forwarded to the Print Bar and your card is charged. They fulfill the order and also manage any print quality issues you may have (though this is unlikely, we have found their work to be excellent). All orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order and only if Print Bar accept sub standard service.
